LEVERAGE: The Startup CEO Playbook

San Francisco, CA November 8-9, 2013

About

LEVERAGE is a 2-day leadership acceleration workshop for a group of 20 high potential startup CEOs. As CEO of a fast-growing startup, you face increasing chaos, complexity and challenge everyday. Your company can only grow to be as successful as you have the bandwidth to run it. Investing in your leadership bandwidth is the highest leverage point for ensuring the success of your startup.

LEVERAGE is NOT a conference. It is a leadership workshop packed with experiences designed to greatly increase your capacity, creativity and competence as CEO of your startup. Every minute of the two days will be high-value, high-leverage and applicable both immediately and in your long-term development as a leader. We’re keeping it small and intimate – capped at 20 people – to make sure that everyone who attends gets the depth of attention they need from me, one another and the amazing group of mentors who are coming to the workshop to dig in and help you. We’ll create a safe environment in which CEO attendees can address their specific challenges and immediately apply the learning and personal growth to their businesses – so things are different when they go back to work on Monday.

If you don’t know Dave Kashen yet (the guy behind this whole shin-dig), a recent Forbes article dubbed him as “one of Silicon Valley’s top entrepreneur coaches.”

He’s worked with the CEOs of Indiegogo, Klout, Rypple, and CrowdFlower, to name a few. He’s trained leaders from Facebook, Dropbox, Twitter, Kiva, Flixster, Google and Zynga.

He’s taught leadership an events for First Round Capital and True Ventures, and his talk on culture-building at Startup2Startup prompted “the best conversations in the history of Startup2Startup”.

Dave built Wellsphere from nothing to 7 million monthly visitors as co-founder. Wellsphere was acquired in 2009, and he has dedicated himself to helping startup CEOs and their teams to thrive ever since.

Dave is a contributor to FastCompanyGigaOm and writes the awesome culture blog.

Here’s what some of his clients have to say about him:
